Our 8 high precision 5-axis CNCs enable us to produce parts with mirror-like finishings that are ready to be assembled straight from the machine.
This unique technology in the mould industry allows us to reduce the roughness up to 7x using the same electrode used on EDM. It’s particularly useful – and cheaper – when used in places where manual polishing is not feasible.
We have injection machines (1k, 2k, 3k) from 80 up to 500 tons that enable us to validate the injection process and recommend the right parameters for a successful serial production.
We use GOM and CMM to validate the dimensions of the steel and plastic parts. This enables us to make corrections before we start the tryouts, preventing surprises, and increases transparency between us and our clients.
